President of Albar Science and Technology & Board Member of Albar - Fleming Island, FL – A housing, infrastructure, and technology company based in Northern Florida, providing solutions for African countries and urban areas of the United States.
Mr. Martin has a broad and deep background in financing, energy, transportation, telecommunications, infrastructure and a broad variety of technologies, and understands how to apply them to companies and countries. He has also been involved in real estate for many years.

COO - MFI West and VP for MFI
Results-driven professional with a solid background in management and extensive experience in the construction industry. Skilled in construction, land development, renovations, with a specialization in building luxury off-grid camper vans. A seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of successfully owning and managing businesses. Committed community leader with 24 years of experience. Known for exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional results.
Building Experience
Mr. Erickson collaborated with fellow contractors on large-scale construction projects, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient project completion. He executed his various skills including construction, land development, renovations, with a focus on quality craftsmanship. Adhered to strict safety protocols, creating a secure working environment and minimizing risks. He contributed to the successful completion of diverse construction projects, earning a reputation for reliability and superior workmanship.
John Essad
COO – MFI and Production Operations Manager-MFI West In charge of assembly and production line design, construction and operations. Integral to all phases of floorplan design, selection and implementation for container homes.
COO Prebesto Homes - Monroe, MI - Mr. Essad Designed and built Production and Assembly lines for Modular Homes. He oversaw production and quality control for the owner.
Instrumentation Technician Roush - Allen Park, MI - Developing prototype vehicles and best procedures for production for Ford.
Past CEO and President of Crusader Entry Systems – Canton, MI – Manufacturer of windows and doors and a large regional provider to builders like Pulte as well as window and door retailers. Mr. Essad designed and built manufacturing and assembly lines for steel doors and vinyl windows which improved product quality while reducing the cost.
Mr. Essad held a Michigan Builders license for 15 years, building and improving homes.
Mr. Essad is experienced in the construction industry and in developing production and assembly lines for a variety of industries. He has excellent interpersonal communication skills, is very approachable and is a great team leader.
